WHAT TO COOK IN NOVEMBER

In November, the weather turns crisp, the leaves turn yellow, red, and orange, and the festive season is in the air, culminating with Thanksgiving weekend. While many of us are busy preparing and testing recipes for one of the most beloved celebrations of the year, we also need some easy recipes to feed our loved ones on the other 29 days of the month

So what can you cook in November? I recommend eating cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli, which are very versatile and easy to prepare. And if you are craving something sweet… keep enjoying apples, pears and grapes! And of course, there’s always room for pumpkin… in a soup, risotto, pasta or pie!

APPLES, GRAPES

So much variety of fruit this month! And so versatile both in sweet and savory dishes! Try to make a healthy Apple Cinnamon Galette or some Roasted Grapes Crostini with Goat Cheese Bruschetta these recipes to add a sweet taste to your meals!

PEARS

Either red or white, cabbage is a humble vegetable that lost long and will surprise you with its variety of use! Either you it raw in a salad (recipe to come soon) or make a hearty soup, do not forget to buy a head or two this November.

CAULIFLOWER, BROCCOLI

Broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower are reversing at farmers’market and grocery stores! So there is no better time than now to eat this superfood! Bring a hearty Cauliflower Lentil Pasta  and a delicious One Pot Sausage Broccoli Fusilli to the table.

POTATOES

Potatoes are a great starch full of minerals and so endlessly delicious! You can  bake some potatoes, it is a always ever-green recipe or you can make gnocchi.

ROCKET

I don’t like to leave what I’m going to eat in other people’s hands, so I’ll pack my own lunch.
