MY ALL ITALIAN RECIPES
Recipes are the heart and soul of Italian Kitchen Confessions’ philosophy. I learned cooking from my parents and I enjoy spending time in the kitchen, but let me confess that the most important part for me is not cooking; it is instead sharing the food with family and friends.
Sharing food is a strong component in the Italian culture, it does not matter what you share, it could be a Bruschetta, a Caprese Salad, or a Pesto Pasta! What matters is the joy of sharing a homecooked meal with your dear ones. In order to do this, I use 1 secret ingredient: Love.
The majority of my recipes are prepared using fresh and seasonal produce. My recipes are suitable for any dietary needs. When possible I also make specific suggestions either you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, or paleo.
